Procrastination is often caused by uncertainty and lack of confidence in your own decision making. Quite often when we are so close to a problem we can’t see the wood for the trees. You need somebody to help you who is not emotionally involved and can often see the bigger picture more clearly.

In the early weeks its best to keep regular contact as its my job to ensure everything is on track, working smoothly and iron out any teething problems. As time progresses and results start to take place you will probably feel more confident with less support.
